As I mentioned last week here’s one of the other recipes that I served at the baby shower. I have to say these came out really good. The only thing I would recommend is maybe serving them with a dipping sauce like marinara.
Prosciutto Breadsticks
(Created by Finding Inspiration in Food)
Yield: 1 dozen.
6 thin slices prosciutto, then cut in half lengthwise
1 can Pillsbury pizza dough
1 large egg, lightly beaten, optional
Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 425°. Unroll dough; slice into 12 breadsticks.
Top each with a strip of prosciutto, pressing gently to adhere.
Twist each breadstick; place on ungreased baking sheet, pressing ends down firmly. Brush with beaten egg if desired and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
