Time for another cocktail, because it’s summer time! Quick and easy and great on a hot day or after dinner. It’s similar to a pina colada.
Peanut Colada
(Adapted from Skrewball)
1 ounce skrewball whiskey
1.5 ounce rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
1.5 ounces coconut cream
Combine all ingredients and serve over ice.
