It’s that time of year again where I need some good recipes that work for no meat on Friday’s during lent. We love crab Rangoon and we love grilled cheese so this is a win win in our house!

Crab Rangoon Grilled Cheese

4 ounces whipped cream cheese
2 long strips of imitation crab, chopped
½ teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sesame oil
Sweet chili sauce
Crunchy chili onion

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped imitation crab, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, and chopped onions. Give it a good mix.

On 2 slices of bread, add sweet chili sauce to the insides and crab rangoon filling to make a closed sandwich.

On your pan, add some avocado oil spritz and grill your sandwiches.

Flip over once the sandwich is getting crispy on the outside and add crunchy chili onion on each side. Cut and enjoy while it’s still warm!
