I love tamales and had some leftover shredded meat I made so this is the perfect recipe to use up some leftovers. I used some premade masa I picked up at my local HEB which made the job quick and easy. These are so easy you can fill it with whatever flavor you want!

Instant Pot Tamales
(Adapted from unknown source)
Spray egg cups with cooking spray.
Using about 1 tablespoon of dough, press onto the sides and bottom of the mold.

Add spoonful of meat.

Press on a little dough on top.

Cover mold with foil.
Put trivet and 1 cup water in instant pot.
Place covered mold on top of trivet.

Cook 18 minutes High pressure; quick release.

Cool slightly then remove from mold.
