I love oven roasted vegetables, but the air fryer is so easy to use and less dishes for me to wash. If you make a larger bath the oven is the way to go, but when you are feeding 4 people this works perfectly.

Air Fryer Red Potatoes
(Adapted from Oh Snap! Let’s Eat!)

1 lb red potatoes, halved (or quartered if they’re on the bigger side)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper as desired

Pre heat Air Fryer to 400°F.

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, paprika, and salt and pepper. If you’re not sure how much salt and pepper to add, just add a little first as you can always add more later.

Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket, and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Remove basket from air fryer and give it a few shakes. Then allow it took for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
