Happy Friday! I love street corn and zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables so having a combo of the two is a winner in my book. I didn’t grill the zucchini since I had the smoker going I threw them on to add some more flavor. Either way it’s seriously delicious! This side dish will be in my summer rotation for sure and I can’t wait.
