I LOVE doing theme dinners, so this was my Halloween theme dinner this year. We watched Beetlejuice and I thought it would be a great theme to do. To top it off we are attending a Beetlejuice theme murder mystery show tonight and I can’t wait.
I love the image for the dinner for the recently deceased. I made some quick and easy cocktails to add to the fun. I used watermelon flavored syrup and sprite.

For the dinner I made the following:
1st course shrimp cocktail (except this one won’t grab your face). I also made some stuffed roaches (goat cheese stuffed dates).
2nd course smoked salmon ghost ravioli with roasted garlic cream sauce and roasted butternut squash
3rd course Beetlejuices’ grave
Overall we had a laugh remembering different scenes in the movie and playing the sound track on Amazon music.
