Today we are using the viral puff pastry upside down hack for this, but brie style! I’ve been trying a bunch of versions and I’m obsessed with the puff pastry trend! I tried with honey and honey with the brie topped with onion jam, personally we liked the onion jam better.
Brie Upside Down Bites

8 mini brie rounds.
1 puff pastry sheet.
honey (about 1/2-1 tbsp per bite plus more for drizzling).
1 egg (beaten)
chives to taste.
1 cookie cutter (3.5 inch).
Roll out your puff pastry to about 1.5 its size. Cut 8 rounds.
Place parchment paper on a sheet pan, add the honey in little dollops, place the brie on top.
Wrap the puff pastry over the brie as tightly as you can. Pinch the edges with a fork. Brush with the egg and bake at 400F for 20-22 min.
