Valentines day is right around the corner and I know any special Valentine would love this for breakfast! You can change the booze you add or make it kid friendly by adding any flavor extract.
Baileys Strawberry Lava Toast
(Adapted from Baileys Irish Cream)
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream
Brioche bread
3 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
Whisk milk, egg, and Baileys together until combined.
Butter a pan over medium high heat.
Dunk bread slices in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
Transfer to hot pan and cook until both sides are golden.
Let toast cool for 3-5 minutes.
Whip heavy cream and 1 ounce Baileys on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Pour whipped cream over toast. Garnish with strawberries.
