So I’ve seen this recipe floating around and different versions. The only thing that changes is sprinkling seasoning or dry ranch seasoning. The other change is 375 degrees or 400. No matter how you do it, we highly recommend making these this holiday seasoning! I personally used some Cajun seasoning sprinkled on and found it also worked better in a mini muffin tin. Make sure you remove them right away or they will stick to the pan. Timing just depends on how much cheese you use.

Pickle Chips

dill pickle chips
medium cheddar cheese or colby jack, shredded
ranch seasoning (optional)
standard muffin pan
ranch dressing for dipping

Preheat oven for 375 degrees.

Drain 12 pickle chips by placing them on a paper towel.

Sprinkle some freshly grated cheese in the muffin pan. Add a pickle chip to each one and sprinkle with ranch seasoning (optional). Top with more shredded cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy!
