The weekend is here and it’s time for a cocktail! This shot taste great and does taste like a pineapple upside down cake. I love that it’s light, without the punch of a shot and you could even make it into a martini if you wanted. Perfect for any Spring or Summer gathering.
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Shot
(Adapted from Bevvy)
1 ounce vodka (or vanilla vodka)
0.5 ounce pineapple juice
0.25 ounce grenadine
Add the grenadine to a two-ounce shot glass.

Add the vodka and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
