It’s always nice to have a quick and easy dinner at the end of the week. I used a premade blackening season that I had leftover, but also included the recipe below in case you want to make your own. For the sauce I mixed it with pasta instead of serving on the fish. It’s pretty spicy so heads up! Eating it with the fish tones it down a little. We loved the flavor of everything together and also served some grilled asparagus with the dish.
