Keto has been a great thing for me to get back on track and appetizers are my weakness. I loved these bacon wrapped avocado fries. They work great as an appetizer or even a side dish. The only thing I would really recommend is cooking the bacon a little before wrapping then air frying. You risk cooking the avocado too much to where it gets mushy. Otherwise If you use a raw bacon maybe freeze the avocado first the wrap and cook.
Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries

1 avocado, cut into 8 pieces
4 pieces of bacon
Cut avocado into 8 pieces by first taking out the seed and scooping the whole half of avocado out with a spoon. Cut that section into 4 fries. Do the same with the other half.
Cut bacon pieces in half. Take each half piece and wrap around the avocado. Then place in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 400°F for 7-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
