Happy April Fool’s Day! I hope today doesn’t get too wild and crazy. My kiddo and I have com up with some pranks for my husband so I’ll share all our craziness on Friday’s post. I feel like Spring Break was so long ago, but it was just a few short weeks ago when things where normal and we where on a trip with friends enjoying our time together. One of the families made a monkey bread for one of the breakfast and my son has been itching to make one since then. He made this one all by himself and it’s fun getting him in the kitchen with me so hands on. Besides what’s more fun than getting your hands dirty to make something so yummy?

2 cans of prepared large cinnamon rolls
1 cup of white sugar
1 TBSP of cinnamon
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup brown sugar

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Take the cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters.

In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar and then toss the cinnamon roll dough quarters in the bowl.

Once well coated, add them to the bundt pan.

Melt butter and brown sugar together, then pour over the dough inside the bundt pan.

Bake for 20 minutes, and then let cool for 10-15 minutes.

Once it’s warm, no longer hot, you can flip the cinnamon roll monkey bread onto a plate from the bundt pan.
