One of my best friends makes the most amazing potatoes over the grill! They are really simple and can be made in the oven too, by just combining a few ingredients. I’ve made them a few times since having them at her house and they come out yummy every time!

2 pound bag baby red potatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
Tony’s seasoning to taste
2 tablespoons butter
Combine all ingredients in a foil pan.
Cover with foil and bake or grill until potatoes are tender.
