I’m missing the Summer flavors of smoked meats so I decided to take some brisket we smoked out of the freezer and make a hardy hot sandwich out of it. You can do this with any meat and there’s not much to it.
I started out with some thick bread, buttering the outside parts, then added cheese, the meat, some caramelized onions and lathered on some BBQ sauce.
Slap them on the Panini press and let them sizzle away.
Slice in half and enjoy!
