A while back a friend of mine had made this punch for her daughter’s first birthday and I feel in love with it. It’s really easy to toss together and I love the color it makes. I’m not a huge raspberry person, but I like the flavor. If you don’t like the raspberry chunks you could always puree them before adding them to the punch.

Raspberry-Lemonade Punch
(Adapted from Martha Stewart)
Makes 12 cups

8 cups (2 quarts) ginger ale 3/4 cup powdered lemonade mix
4 cups (16 ounces) frozen raspberries
4 cups ice

In a large pitcher or punch bowl mix the ginger ale and lemonade mix. Before serving, stir in the raspberries and ice.
