It’s DECEMBER and it’s a Friday so time to kick off the holiday season with a cocktail! First up is this fun blue cocktail. I made this last year and feel in love with it!
Frosty the Snowman Cocktail
(Adapted from Aspiring Winos)
2 ounce Coconut Rum
2 ounce Blue Curacao
1 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1 ounce Sprite
Ice
Crushed candy canes
Simple syrup
Add simple syrup to a plate, set to the side.
Add the crushed candy canes to a plate.
Then roll the rim of the glasses in the simple syrup then into the candy cane.

Set glasses aside.
Fill your glasses with ice.

Combine first all the liquors and pineapple juice in a bar shaker along with 3-4 pieces of ice.
Shake until combined.
Pour into the glass.
