Piña Colada Shot
(Adapted from Tipsy Bartender)
1 part Coconut Rum
1 part Cream of Coconut
1 part Pineapple Juice
Rim a shot glass using corn syrup and coconut shavings.
In a shaking glass with ice, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Shake well.
Strain mix into rimmed shot glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
