One of my favorite after dinner drinks is a chocolate martini. Occasionally I just have to have one to satisfy that sweetness instead of a dessert. To me this had great consistency, but was a little too much chocolate. I think with a little adjusting this is a great low carb drink. I even made it right before dinner and kept it in the fridge until I was ready then added the ice and shook before serving.

Low Carb Chocolate Martini

1 1/2 Ounces Vanilla Vodka
3 Ounces Almond Milk
1 Ounce Heavy Cream
2 Teaspoons Swerve or Lakanto, granular
1 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder*
Low Carb Chocolate optional

Add contents to a cocktail shaker, cover and shake!

Strain into a martini glass.

Top with low carb chocolate shavings, and enjoy!
