I love a good sweet coffee drink. I get made fun of for how light in color it is, but as I get older I realize I need to make some changes. I’ve gotten to the point to where I can leave the sugar out, but it’s still half coffee and half sugar free flavored creamer….baby steps. This keto version is amazing without the feeling of guilt! I left out the MCT oil. Although I’m not a frequent Starbucks visitor I have to say this is a great diy Frappuccino. So much so I’ve made batches of it and just poured over the ice vs blending it with the ice.

Keto Coffee Frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat)

2/3 cup strongly brewed coffee, chilled
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup ice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons swerve sweetener
1-2 tablespoons MCT oil

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes
This is a great BASE recipe if you want to add other flavors such as sugar free caramel syrup, more sweetener, cocoa powder, etc.
