We’ve got another week of school off thanks to the virus shutting everything down. Momma is gonna need drink by the end of the week and this one hits the spot with the warmer temps popping up.
The Dirty Banana
(Adapted from Barefeet in the Kitchen)
2 cups ice
1/2 ounce Gosling’s dark rum
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Patron XO Cafe Liqueur
1/4 cup heavy cream
2-3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/2 large banana
Whipped cream for topping
Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into 2 small glasses or 1 large glass. Top with whipped cream.
To make a Not-So-Dirty Banana: Add 1/4 cup milk or cold coffee to the above ingredients and skip the booze. Enjoy!
