I’m always looking for some new marinades for steak and this one was pretty good, not to mention super easy. I served it with some grilled onions and it really hit the spot.
Balsamic Vinegar and Whiskey Steak Marinade
(Adapted from unknown source)
1 part Balsamic
1 part Whiskey
Combine both ingredients.
Rub steaks with salt and pepper, marinate for 1 hour.
Grill to desired temperature.
