Sometimes I just don’t have time to make cannoli’s and that’s ok. With this recipe it still gives me that taste I’m craving without all the added work involved. This especially works well when you need a quick dessert last minute.

 

Cannoli Dip

(Adapted from Something Swanky)

2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

 

Whisk together (or mix in a small food processor if you want a smoother dip) the ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Set aside.

Whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks. Fold into the ricotta mixture.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Serve chilled and store covered in the refrigerator for up 3 days.
