During Houston Restaurant Weeks we went to one of our favorite places for steaks, Mo’s. One of the drinks we tried was a creamscile and all we could think was this would be a great summer cocktail by the pool. I recreated it at home and the first time it came out a little tart from the bite of vodka and orange juice, but once I added a touch of sugar this drink just dances in your mouth. It’s sooo good and goes down really easy.
Copy cat Dreamsicle from Mo’s a Place for Steaks

2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
Orange juice to taste
1/8 tsp sugar
Mix in a cocktail glass and serve over ice.
