There’s one thing we love when we go to Mexican Restaurants and that’s fajitas. We usually don’t make them a lot at home, but this was an easy weeknight meal for when we want them, but we are short on time. Old El Paso has a new line of frozen entrees which is to pop in the microwave and have dinner on the table in no time.
I didn’t get to snap a picture of the beef fajitas we tried, but they where tender and full of flavor. It’s worth the try for sure. They seem pricey at $6.99, but if you think about it, it’ll come out over $20 for the same 6 fajitas in a restaurant so it’s a good deal.
