One thing I love doing on the weekend is making a big breakfast. The week days are usually something quick and easy so I like to make a bigger deal of it on the weekend.

My downfall about the weekends is there’s usually more going on so I didn’t pay attention to the recipe as I was making them. I didn’t beat the egg whites to a stiff peak, which the note in the book says makes the waffles have a nice crunch to them. Either way it still tasted good. Hubby likes them flavored so we just topped ours with some extra fruit.
