I originally made these back in December for game night, but with all the gift basket goodies I wanted to post I ran out of time to add this one in. This is super easy to mix up and who doesn’t like to eat cookie dough? I kind of like the raw look from the cookie scoop so I didn’t roll mine in a tight ball.
Cookie Dough Bites
(Adapted from Disney Family)
1 cup salted butter, softened
1½ cups packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
6 ounces miniature chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar together. (Disregard my first photo I forgot the other half of the butter at first)
Add remaining ingredients and mix well — use your hands to get it together the best.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Dip in chocolate, drizzle with chocolate or eat as is — equally delicious no matter what!
Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
Store in the refrigerator.
What a lovely confection. These really sound delicious, Allie. I hope you had a wonderful holiday and that 2012 brings only good things your way. Blessings…Mary
These sound easy enough.
