Another busy weekend full of cooking. The state rice festival was Saturday and I toned down the amount of dishes I made this year. It’s been a madhouse around my place lately. We have been out of town more a couple of weeks in Taos, New Mexico. Kind of a work-vacation, but still a nice break from the Texas heat.
