As you know tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts so when I came across a latte recipe I knew I had to make it! It did not disappoint in any way!! Holy moly this is one of the most amazing coffees I’ve had in a long time. It does take a little work and makes you appreciate the price of coffee when charged in a restaurant.
Tiramisu Latte Coffee
(Adapted from Lifestyle of a Foodie)
For the Coffee Base:
2 espresso shots cooled
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1-2 teaspoon granulated sugar adjust to taste, or simple syrup
⅔ cup steamed milk
For the Creamy Tiramisu Layer:
¼ cup heavy cream
½ tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese softened
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
For Assembly and Garnish:
Ladyfinger biscuits Savoiardi
Cocoa powder for dusting
Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for dusting
a splash of coffee liqueur Optional, like Kahlúa
Add your cocoa powder to a serving mug then top it with the freshly brewed espresso. This will allow the cocoa powder to bloom, meaning it will dissolve better and bring out even more of a coffee flavor.

Top the espresso mixture with sugar or simple syrup to sweeten it to your liking then top with steamed milk.

In a small measuring cup add the heavy cream, mascarpone, vanilla extract, milk, and sweetened condensed milk and froth using a handheld frother or hand mixer.

Pour the airy tiramisu cream on top of the coffee, decorate as you wish, and enjoy!
