I could use a mid week pick me up. I love love love espresso martinis and thought I would really like this one, but it had less sweetness than I’m used to and a stronger black coffee taste. I just added a little sweetener too it to my liking. It’s a great Fall drink to channel in the cooler weather…..if it ever gets here!

Creamy Butterscotch Espresso Martini
(Adapted from Be Your Own Barista)

¼ cup ice cold milk
Once ounce vodka
½ ounce butterscotch schnapps
Two ounces chilled espresso or cold brew coffee concentrate
Cinnamon spice cocktail sugar

Rim your martini glass with cinnamon spice cocktail sugar. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well combined and foamy. Strain and pour into your martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
