This recipe came out ok, it tasted better once we added more cream of coconut to take off the strong over powering vodka flavor. Cream of coconut brought a little sweetness and balance to the drink.
Coconut Vodka Martini
(Adapted from Bevmo)
1 ½ ounce vanilla vodka
1 ounce coconut rum
½ ounce coconut juice
Cherry garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice except cherry. Shake then pour into a glass and garnish with cherry.
