I don’t make pork chops that often, since they are tricky to keep moist and not overcook. I happen to love how these came out in the air fryer. They have earned a spot in my rotation now since it’s so easy and timed just right.
Crispy Air Fryer Pork Chops
(Adapted from this mom’s menu)
1 ½ lb boneless pork chops
⅓ cup Almond Flour
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F
Meanwhile, combine all ingredients EXCEPT pork chops into a large ziplock bag.
Place the pork chops into the bag, seal it, and then shake to coat the pork chops.
Remove from the bag and place in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 8-12 minutes depending upon the thickness of your pork chops.
