Here’s another mocktail from dry January, but it’s also delicious with some coconut rum too! It’s a perfect drink for Spring Break and looks like a glass of sunset.
Dole Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Martini
(Adapted from Dole)
1 cup Dole Pineapple juice, chilled
1 tablespoon caramel sauce
Ginger ale, chilled
2 teaspoons grenadine
Combine pineapple juice and caramel sauce in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously; strain into a martini glass.
Top off with ginger ale. Slowly pour in grenadine.
Garnish with cherry, if desired.
