I had some mini sample bottles of different flavors of Deep Eddy Vodkas and their website has a nice variety of recipes on it. Since the weather is back to being warmer I thought I would give this martini a try over the weekend. I didn’t have fresh jalapenos, but honestly it was good regardless.
Texas Peach Martini
(Adapted from Deep Eddy Vodka)
2 oz Deep Eddy Peach Vodka
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 Jalapeño Slices
Add all ingredients to ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with a jalapeño slice.
