I made these for a girls night and let me just say, a boozy dessert is just what you need in your life! They would be perfect for all the upcoming dealings with family and friends without doing shots. The only change would make is maybe use vanilla vodka to cut the punch of vodka taste.
Salted Caramel Pudding Shots
(Adapted from delish)
1 (3-oz) box vanilla pudding
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. vodka
1 (8-oz) tub Cool Whip
1/2 c. caramel sauce, plus more for garnish
1 tbsp. Flaky sea salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and vodka. Refrigerate until set, about 5 minutes.
Fold in ½ cup Cool Whip and the caramel sauce into the mixture.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce and serve.
