How cute are these?! Mardi Gras is next week are you ready? I did a Mardi Gras theme birthday party for my son last year and I made these. When kids run around playing non stop this was the best idea instead of cupcakes. I found the colors Green and Purple at Walmart already colored mixes so there’s no guessing and all the cakes came out the same. I was really pleased with how this cake mix came out and recommend them.
I used the mini pans to bake all the cakes. Then using the cake pop container I trimmed the ones that I over filled a little. Save the scraps and mix in some vanilla ice cream it’s soooo yummy!

Just layer your colors and top with festive decorations.
