Anyone that knows me will know that I’m obsessed with lemon bars. When I saw this recipe I figured it couldn’t get any easier then these. Well, I was really disappointed with this. The flavor to me was there it was the texture that I didn’t care for. I even baked it longer, but the outside seemed better then then center which was super giggly. I guess I’ll have to keep making them from scratch.
Two ingredient Lemon Bars
(Not sure of original source I’ve seen all over the internet)
1 box angel food cake mix
2 (21 ounce) cans lemon pie filling
Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl.
Pour into greased 9 x 13″ baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.
Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Extremely easy. And oh so delicious looking.
