I had high hopes for this drink recipe and thought the color looked fantastic for a summer punch, but alas I don’t know what the deal is. Another person commented on the recipe that hers came out the same way mine did so I didn’t feel so bad that I messed it up. The only think I can think of is maybe they used a sorbet instead of ice cream. It makes a ton so only make this if you are doing a large party. The good part is you can add some coconut rum or vodka to it and they both taste good.

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade
2 1/2 c. water
3 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale
1 qt. strawberry ice cream

Mix all ingredients. Stir until frozen ingredients dissolve.
